Surface literally means a two dimensional plain object but we have two more dimensions to it as color and patterns. At our factory we use a variety of precious stones to stick together its slices into a network which give fascinating results. These precious stones are extracted out of earths crust as small lumps / rocks which after scrutinizing are cut using sophisticated machinery to yield slices of various thickness. Then they are resin boned at our facility on a resin line after which is heat treated for a everlasting surface and then smoothed and polished on high quality polishing machines. At our factory we use best in line machine technology and skilled hands. These labs are casted in various thickness but the most, standard being 20mm thick, the maximum size of slab that we can make is 10 ft long and 6 ft wide, but we of course make size as per requirement of product / project. All pieces made at our facility goes through rigorous inspection check to look for any possible manufacturing flaw. Although these surface show level of inconsistency pertaining to the characteristics of stone showing different colors and natural veining and bands.
